The Muscle Memory Key

The screen went dead white,

just the cursor

blinking like a tired eye.

'User not found.'

I hadn't thought about that address

in maybe seven years.

But my fingers, they found the keys,

without asking.

`g_r_a_y_d_a_y_s_0_3`.

Smooth as a river stone,

the string of it,

ready.

Ready for nothing.

Just that blank, waiting space

where something used to live,

and now, only a forgotten password does.
