Echoes of White

In a box marked with time, I lift the lid,

a dress that once danced, now frayed and hid.

Once white as the moon, now yellowed with years,

it carries the weight of long-forgotten fears.

A photograph tucked away, love dressed in lace,

a frozen reminder of a shimmering face.

The past lingers heavy, a ghost in the light,

echoes of joy wrapped in shadows of night.
