An old radio crackles searching for sound

An old radio crackles, searching for sound,

a storm rolls in heavy, my thoughts are unbound.

Electric buzz fills the room like regret,

a static that lingers, too loud to forget.

Memories drift in the thick of the air,

uncertain and restless, like waves of despair.

The absence of clarity bleeds into night,

this noise of stillness, my heart takes flight.
