Rooted Resilience

A root pushes upward through concrete and stone,

twisting and curling, it claims what is its own.

Against all the odds, it fights to be seen,

a stubborn reminder of what could have been.

With every small inch, it embraces the fight,

a testament hidden in shadows and light.

In the heart of the city, where dreams often stall,

it teaches of strength when it’s hardest to stand tall.
