Silent Questions

In the silence of night, with thoughts swirling wild,

I typed my dark secrets, a digital child.

“How to stop overthinking” glows soft on the screen,

a question of courage, a question unseen.

Fingers trembling lightly, I search in the dark,

for answers elusive, my mind like a shark.

Anonymity wraps me, my shame tucked away,

a late-night confession, I’d never convey.
