Shattering Silence

In the middle of night, the chaos erupts,

a cacophony of voices, where comfort disrupts.

Doors slam like thunder, a battle takes flight,

peace trembles beneath the weight of their fight.

The walls shudder, breathing each insult and shout,

I curl in my corner, no way to break out.

Yet in this cracked window, I hear what they share,

a fragile reminder, of how loud love can tear.
