The Flip That Seemed So Small

I flipped a coin, just a moment to choose,

what to eat for dinner, an act I might lose.

But in that small arc, a weight shifted inside,

a thought of the choices where dreams coincide.

The silver glinted, caught in the air,

like moments of fate, we try to prepare.

As it landed, I pondered the weight of it all,

how life’s just a gamble, we rise and we fall.
