Laughter spills out like wine from a glass,
the first time I tasted, the moment's a blast.
I fumbled through joy, as friends gathered fast,
it's a raucous affair, a memory cast.
A shot to the head, then the world starts to spin,
I clung to the laughter, a wild, foolish grin.
Words flowed like rivers, let the night begin,
but slurred-up confessions crawled deep under skin.
Moments I cherished felt bitter and sweet,
yet a laugh turned to panic, I scrambled to my feet.
In the chaos of cheers, innocence faced defeat,
a reminder too clear, how fast we can cheat.
